Interval training
Interval training training characterized by periods of intense activity interspersed with periods of moderate energy expenditure, by optimally spacing work and rest periods, an individual can accomplish more total work in a workout supposedly with less fatigue than would occur with a continuous training workout, rest/work intervals will vary according to goals and objectives of the training and which energy systems need to be stressed (dict.Of sp.And ex.Sc.1991, 79P.) Interval training training consisting of bursts of intense exercise, with periods of slower, easier exercise in between to give the body time to recover (dict. Of sp. And ex. Sc. 2006, 114P.) Interval training training method for developing and improving endurance, a systematic change of training load and incomplete recovery is its main characteristic (i.E.
